How it works.

Campaign-based Allocation Structure

• Each campaign is assigned one virtual phone number and one QR code.
• Phone calls and text messages to these virtual numbers are seamlessly routed to your cell phone without delay.

Call and Text Message Engagements

• Your tier determines the number of Campaigns, minutes, and texts allocated.
• You can adjust your tier level at any time, effective at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Accounts come with a base number of shared minutes and texts:
  • Minutes: Additional minutes beyond the base are billed at $0.02 each.
  • Texts: Additional messages beyond the base are billed at $0.025 each.

QR Code Engagements

• When a client scans your QR code, they are directed to a custom screen with options to:
  • Call or text you.
  • Visit a website of your choice.
  • Download your contact information.
  • Listen to a customized greeting.
• All engagement data is collected for your review.

Account Management and Analysis

• Modify Campaign settings and access real-time data anytime on our website.
• View real-time graphs and download detailed PDF reports showing engagement by:
  • Virtual number, date, campaign, day of the week, and time.

• Mobile apps for iPhone and Android are in development. Clients will be notified upon release.

Additional Details

• Virtual phone numbers are available in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
• Area codes 808 (Hawaii) and 907 (Alaska) are currently unavailable for virtual numbers, but you can still receive calls and texts from these areas. Updates will be provided as availability changes.
