REFUND POLICY

Prooph - Refund Policy - Effective January 1, 2025

Thank you for choosing Prooph for your marketing communications needs. This document outlines the terms and conditions surrounding refunds.

Monthly Subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for an initial 3-month usage period.
  • Users have a 90-day cancellation window from the date of purchase. They are entitled to a refund for any whole month not used during the window.
  • Monthly accounts are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renewed unless canceled by the user before the start of the next billing period.
  • Users can cancel their monthly subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for any portion of the current billing period. Cancellations take effect on the last day of the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a 12-month period.
  • Users have a 90-day cancellation window from the date of purchase. Within this period, they can cancel their annual subscription and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion (in whole months) of the subscription minus a 1-month cancellation fee.
  • After the 90-day window, cancellations will stop automatic renewal, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
Refund Process
  • Users must request cancellations through their Prooph account settings or by contacting our billing team at billing@prooph.us.
  • For annual subscriptions canceled within the 90-day cancellation period, the refunded amount will be prorated based on the number of whole, unused months remaining.
  • All applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request and credited to the user's original method of payment. Refunds via check, money order, or US paper currency are not supported.
Opting Out of Renewal
  • Users can opt out of automatic renewal at any time through their Prooph account settings.
  • For annual subscriptions, users can opt out after the 90-day cancellation period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.
